Commission Board Meetings During COVID-19

During the COVID-19 emergency, Board meetings are open only to those persons who have been approved to make a presentation to the Commission. Each approved presenter shall have the opportunity to be accompanied by two additional persons all of whom must wear face coverings, have temperature checks completed, and practice social distancing guidelines.

Persons desiring to address the Commission on business matters may contact the Administrative Office at 912-876-2164 to receive information on final agenda approval and cut-off dates. Items requiring public hearings shall be handled pursuant to legal requirements specific to the matter while ensuring public safety measures are achieved.
