LIBERTY COUNTY LAUNCHES NEW ONLINE CAREER PORTAL
The Liberty County Board of Commissioners is excited to announce the launch of a new online career portal and applicant tracking system. The new solution, powered by CivicHR, will provide a better user experience for potential job seekers who will now be able to submit ‐ and track the status of ‐ their employment application from a computer or mobile device. The new software will effectively replace the County’s current paper system, as well as provide enhanced tools for staff members to more easily move qualified applicants through the recruitment and hiring process. The new career portal is available today at Visit The Online Career Portal.
First‐time applicants will be prompted to create an account in order to submit an application. You cannot complete an application until your account has been set up. The information in your account will be saved and you can use your account to apply for additional open positions in the future. Beginning today, employment applications will only be accepted online through our new career portal. Paper applications will no longer be accepted. We invite anyone interested in a career with Liberty County to subscribe to the notification system located on the career portal page so you will be alerted when new employment opportunities are posted. Local government employment offers our employees the opportunity to serve the community, as well as work in a professional and fulfilling environment. Liberty County is committed to attracting and retaining the best staff we can by offering stability, a safe team‐oriented working environment, competitive wages, and an excellent benefits package. If you have questions about the new career portal, please contact the Human Resources office at 912‐391‐1247 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
